What Atithi does

Bed-level occupancy, vacancy alerts, rent ledgers, UPI payment tracking with owner approval, tenant onboarding and move-out notices.
For students
A clear record of rent paid, a written agreement, and a single place to raise requests with the owner.

Visibility into where their child stays, what was paid, and whether the property meets basic trust checks.
How it works
- Set up your property. Add rooms and beds, rent amounts and house rules.
- Invite tenants. Tenants accept an invite, complete identity verification and sign the agreement.
- Collect and reconcile rent. Tenants pay over UPI; you approve each payment and the ledger updates itself.
- Stay on top of vacancies. Move-out notices flow straight into your vacancy view, so beds do not sit empty.

Payments through regulated partners
Payments are processed by RBI (Reserve Bank of India)-authorised payment partners. Atithi never stores card or bank credentials.
