Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Atithi to delete your personal data at any time, including data we received when you contacted us through WhatsApp or other Meta products.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to grievance@atithiliving.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your full name and the mobile number or email address registered with Atithi.
3. Alternatively, send the message DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number TODO: +91 XXXXX XXXXX from your registered number.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 7 days and may verify your identity with a one-time password (OTP).
• We delete your account, profile, messages and verification documents within 30 days of confirmation, and send you a confirmation.
• Records we must keep by law — payment and tax records, and tenant verification records required by local authorities — are retained only for the legally required period, then deleted.
