Billing terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, based on the number of occupied beds on the billing date.
  • Payments are collected through our payment partner Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • Atithi is a software service. Nothing is physically shipped. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
