Built by a PG owner, for PG owners.
India's paying-guest (PG) market houses millions of students and young professionals, yet most properties still run on paper registers, cash and verbal agreements. That leaves owners chasing rent, students without receipts, and parents without visibility.
Atithi started inside a working PG in Ranchi. Our founder owns and operates PG properties, and built Atithi to fix the problems she faced every month: untracked vacancies, unreconciled rent and unverified tenants.
What we believe
- Automate the routine. Ledgers, reminders and reconciliation should run themselves.
- Keep people in charge. Owners approve payments and tenant decisions; software supports, never overrides.
- Earn trust with records. Every rupee, agreement and verification leaves a written trail.
